Audit Confirmation Requests

You may request a complete set of account confirmations (Fed account, capital stock, TT&L, and securities held in safekeeping) with one letter. We will mail your confirmations directly to your auditor or examiner.

Business Development

Your account executive is your liaison to the services you use. He or she can help you resolve problems, make changes, add Fed services, and find the answers you need.

Financial Services Industry Relations:

Cash Services

The Cash Services Department provides information on packaging requirements, posting of credit for cash deposits, special requests, and differences.

Check Business

The Checks Department is responsible for forward checks, return checks, electronic check services (MICR files, truncation services, and return/retrieval requests), and adjustment requests.

Community Affairs

Staff assists financial institutions, community representatives, and government officials to understand community economic development issues, including the Community Reinvestment Act, and about 25 other banking statutes and regulations. It also assists consumers with complaints on banking, lending, and credit practices and provides education on financial issues.

Contingency Planning

The Business Continuity division is responsible for coordinating Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia plans for continuing business in the event of a serious or extended service disruption.

The Customer Service division remains your primary point of contact during contingencies, including inclement weather.

If you are unable to reach Customer Service, we might be experiencing a service disruption. Call our 24-hour DI hotline; a recorded message will tell you the status of our operations.

Customer Service Division

The Customer Service division can answer questions, resolve problems, help you establish new accounts and services, and provide information on products, forms, and publications.

Direct support is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. (or the close of Fedwire).

Financial and Regulatory Reporting

The Financial Statistics Department analyzes and processes financial and regulatory reports filed by financial institutions. Our staff provides guidance on reporting requirements and related regulations.

Financial Management Services

The Financial Management Services Department is responsible for your statement of account, billing statement, cash management reports, or any other accounting information.

Public Affairs

Public Affairs manages media relations, the Bank's Internet site, and communications with the Bank's various audiences, including bankers, legislators, educators, community groups, and the general public. The department also provides publications, tours, and meeting facilities.

Treasury Services

The Treasury Services Department provides secured storage for definitive securities pledged as collateral to secure deposits into the Treasury Investment Program (TIP) and loans granted from credit discount to commercial banks.
