Ann Kjos is an industry specialist with the Payment Cards Center. She joined the Bank in August 2006.

Prior to joining the Payment Cards Center, Kjos worked at Fifth Third Bank Processing Solutions in the Mergers/Acquisition and Strategy department as a senior product manager. Previously, she was a senior analyst at First Annapolis Consulting, a specialized management consulting and mergers and acquisitions advisory services firm in Linthicum, Maryland.

Kjos received a B.B.A. in finance and marketing from the George Washington University.
