Stephanie Wilshusen is an industry specialist within the Bank's Payment Cards Center. Before joining the Bank in May 2009, she served as associate director of the Financial Services Research Program at George Washington University and as assistant director and senior research associate at Georgetown University's Credit Research Center. Her research and publications include analyses of consumer credit markets and payment behavior.
