As part of the Reinventing our Communities (ROC) Cohort Program, more than 100 professionals from across the nation examined barriers faced by business owners of color. They brainstormed solutions and collaborated on actionable plans — all to support an inclusive and resilient Main Street economic recovery.

Learn how Courtnee Biscardi from Florida's Broward County — home to 31 municipalities and one of the largest and most diverse workforces in the state — joined other civic leaders from York, PA, Las Vegas, and other cities to learn new tactics and share strategies for boosting collaboration and impact in in their respective communities. The program that brought them all together in 2021, led by the Philadelphia Fed, focused on ways to support minority-owned small businesses in the recovery.
